Is your TV on the correct HDMI input which the Sky Q box is attached to?

Try turning both the TV and Sky Q box off at the wall for a minute then power them back on and see if that helps.

I issues today as well. Digitised pitchure scrambled sound then nothing. No signal the at 60 and back to no signal within seconds. Tried all turned usual fixes off on reset ect ect nothing works. Honestly it hasn't been right since that solar storm last month.

More likely your dish alignment that needs checking.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's now working 100%, done nothing different just had to watch free view all afternoon
