I have no signal on my dish has a fault the eye part has came off and hanging down

The eye part of my sky dish is hanging off I have no signal

You'll have to call Sky to arrange an engineer.  It may take several weeks depending on availability.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
