I have no satellite signal, i have swithed off at the mains an removed card and put back in.still no

I have no Sky satellite signal, I have switched off at the mains a few times and removed card from box and still no service.The weather conditions are good so please don't blame it on that.i need a signal test carrying out please .

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company, not Sky.

@Valuemytime  No one can carry out a "signal test" as there isn't such a thing.  The satellites will be working properly otherwise the forum would be flooded with posts about loss of signal, the issue is local to you which implies it's the box or dish setup.
