For the satellite signal issue take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
