I have no connection to netflix via sky but understood this was part of mt recent package

I have no connection on my TV to Netflix via sky. This was to be in the recent package I have signed up to.

Hi @Lorrainecoker 

Check in your Q box Home menu - My Sky.

See if Ultimate TV is included in your Package.   If it is you have Netflix.
