I have moved away from the london region, but my box is still set for London. How do I change it?
How do you change the tv region when you move to another area?

The local TV region is based solely on your account postcode so is that correct?

That's what I understand. But I have move 70 miles into a different region, but my sky Q box hasn't changed

Not certain they can help you but I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later. If they can't you will need to call Sky.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

Thank you for your help. I finally got through to Sky and they were able to change the settings on my viewing card and it is now correct.
