I have lost the ability to see the TNT sports channels which I subscribe to via BT

I am a Sky+ subscriber and I have recently lost the ability to see the TNT sports channels that I subscribe to via BT. I get a message saying that I am not getting a satellite signal  - but only on the TNT sports channels. The problem started with just TNT sports 1 but now I have it with all of them. All other channels work fine.

Hi @Angela1000 

Can you confirm if you have Sky Q or Sky+HD?

This is the Q forum.   If you have Sky+ I will move your post to the correct forum.

May be that your dish is slightly out of alignment 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
