I have lost all my recordings

My box was switched off for a while and now I can't see any of my recordings - tried the self help via ? But no luck - any ideas??

Hi @LouiseBbr   I would start with another power reboot. It is never a good idea to switch off for a long time as it needs to contact Sky occasionally to keep alive.

Thanks - I did that yesterday and did a software update now I can't even record or change channels
