I have left sky and returned my equipment but you keep saying i will be charged.

I have returned my sky equipment via royal mail and have proof of postage. Yet sky still keep telling me I'm going to be charged for non return. Also I was due a refund on my broadband which they have failed to process but shows as paid on my bill.
