I have just rejoined Sky and my box arrived but there is no viewing card or Wi-Fi connection box

I have no viewing card or Wi-Fi connection for my new Sky box

If you left Sky Q fairly recently Sky will have expected you to have retained the viewing card from your old box. You will need to call Sky to order a replacement which is sent in the post.

@Alepenkye how long ago did you leave Sky ? as @Daniel0210 states if it was in the last year Sky expects you to have kept the viewing card 

Before you left Sky did you previously have Sky Q if you did not have Sky Q previously  then you may have received a new router and an engineer would bring your boxes.

 

Can you give us more information as to what you had previously
