I have just got sky q installed, my tv takes ages to load up and my upstairs TV doesn't gets a poor

I. Have just had sky installed with sky q. My tv takes ages to load up and keeps flashing on and off and my upstairs TV (one room above my box) I am unable to view as the picture is frozen. Can I cancel or get an engineer to call
