I have had a new Sky Q upgrade installation sime 4 weeks ago but have yet to receive the new Sky Q e

My new upgrade to Sky Q was comoleted 5 weeks ago but I have yet to receive the new viewing caed which will enable me to access Netflix and other apps. I have called the Sky call centre 5 times about this matter and each time promised a card would be provided but nothig has been received yet.

When will Sky provide this ?

Are you able to watch SKY Channe;s & other channels from your subscription  & is it just the apps that you are having a problem with  ?

If you've been able to watch your contracted Sky channels since the installation, you must have a viewing card in the box.

I am just another Sky customer!
