I have no satellite signal on my sky q mini dish upstairs

@Snooker77 Sky Q minis don't connect to a dish at all, have you tried unplugging the main Q box & the min i, then plug the main Q box in, allow to fiully reboot, then repeat with the mini.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Snooker77 as suggested:-

Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
