Since getting giganet my sky q box won't stay connected to it, randomly it will disconnect from it and I have to re set up

The Q will only connect to a 2.4GHz signal if using non-Sky ISP.

Check the router doesn't steer to 5GHz and perform a network reset on the Q. (Use WPS to connect if possible)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
