I have full sky package which should include paramount + yet it is telling me to log into my account

I have the full sky package which should include paramount + yet when I go to view, it asks me to sign in?  I try doing this and then it tells me that my username/password is not recognised.  Well it is as I am in my account now typing this with exactly the same username and password that is being rejected when I try to sign in thought the TV???

hi @PeteOTBC8 

 

Paramount + is included if you have SKY Cinema - which I assume you have a you say you have the full package

 

Have you previously accessed Paramount + ? If so you would have need to set up credentials for Paramaount + & note these are separate to any SKY login so you will need to use the email/password you set up at that point
