You haven't given a lot of details to go on.  But it's quite possible the BT router is clashing.

Perhaps explain the issue and exactly what hardware you've got.

Hi @Normy123 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

I think you replied to another thread by mistake. Can you start a new one and expand on the problem?

I have exactly the same issue. It constantly drops the internet connection to the main box, that then knocks onto the mini boxes. I am pretty sure it's not the BT set up or network

, I don't have issues on any other devices and work from home a lot using various devices and they don't drop out. I am at wits end. Sky r ngineer came out and says everything's fine, which it is when he's here. Really not sure what to do.

What hardware are you using for BT?

What bands and widths are you using?  (On both the BT and Q side)

Q uses 5GHz ch 36 / 80MHz by default so would clash from ch 36 to 48.  Ensure the BT router is at least ch 52.

Reduce Q's width to 40MHz will clash from 36 to 40 only.  Then ensure the BT router is at least ch 44.

Any 'auto' settings are likely to clash.
