I am getting the exact same error message for the last year when I have tried to subscribe to Discovery+ (I already subscribe to TNT Sports so should get Discovery+ free).
Rang support a few times and get nowhere, anything from "try again in a few days" to "sorry there is nothing I can do".
The error says "MYSKY_2008 - We'll be back soon" 12 months later and your still not back !
Contract finishes in August and whether I will be back any time soon is very debatable.

Thank you. From reading replies in other similar discussions it appears it's a common problem. I will give it a week and if it's not sorted I'm going to cancel my Sky Cinema subscription.
