I have change from old sky box to sky q engineer told me to ring as paramount has not been transfere

I cannot get paramount to work on sky q(new costumer)  as I have always had sky old style box. Engineer told me to ri g to get transfered.  Not that easy.

To get Paramount plus free of charge you need to be already subscribing to Sky Cinema.

Full sky cinema costumer that is working well.  Paramount was working on old sky box though limited obviously.  But cannot connect. Just been on with engineer(very help ful)  changed password.  Getting closer than before but saying signed in but no subscription.
