I have been talking on line for 30 minutes re sky Q boxes not working. Now need an engineer

I have been in the phone for 30 minutes talking and trouble shooting my booster box. Nothing worked. They went to put me through to another department to book an urgent engineer and I got cut off. I need to book an urgent engineer please.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

There aren't separate appointments for 'urgent' matters.

No such thing I'm afraid, opu'll get the earliest available appointment in your area.
