Asked to return Q boxes have not been sent boxes i have so much i am elderly trying to carry these to a post office Why can they not get a van in area to collect of people would be easier and no postage

@Aneke you can use any suitable packaging you have and also arrange for Royal Mail to collect from you without you having to go anywhere
