I have all the upgrades, channels included in my packages, however from this morning, I cannot download anything and a error message appears, stating I need to upgrade in order to watch or download this channel?
Its happened before, but the only way I was able to get it sorted was by calling Sky agents who fixed the issue over the phone. I've tried calling them again from 8:30 pm, however they kept me on hold until closing hours of 9 pm, apparently they were extremely busy🤨 and locked off my call at 9:01pm, (how convenient)!😤😤😤🤬 Any advice or suggestions to fix this would be most welcome please

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
