Start by rebooting your TV set (not your Q box).
To reboot yourTV set disconnect the power for 30 sec then reconnect.
Next make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
