I have added netflix on to sky on the sky app i cant seem to sign in when i follow steps it says i

I have added netflix on to sky on the sky app i cant seem to sign in when i follow steps it says it doesnt recognise my account im using sky sign in details.

I called sky they removed netflix and re added its working now

Ive tried following the steps it only gives me option to join or sign in i use sky email is there another way i ahould be doing it?

Hi @Shani40 

On your Sky Q box check that Ultimate TV or Netflix is shown in your account.

You can check this in the Q box Home menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and select My Sky.

Yes it shows i have it and also shows when i look at products on my sky q app.

Still says they cant find account with my details but sky shows i defo have netflix not sure if ive done summat wrong or not

I called sky they removed netflix and re added its working now
