The strange thing is i can hear the TV channel it was last on. There is no issue with TV as can get Netflix etc. I've tried resetting and turning off at mains but no joy

Can you get the Home menu up?

No it's just stuck on the blue screen.

Nothing happens when you use the controller other than turning it off.

Hi @Stuarty Have you tried power rebooting the Main Box (and any boosters) first?
