I have a sky Q box that used to work fine with my 4k Samsung tv but I cannot get it to link up now

Cannot get sky Q box to link up with my Samsung 4k TV it used to work just fine but yet my wife's ipad picks the signal fine and she's in a different room please help

hi @Jim28 

I am not too sure what you mean buy link up to your TV - do you mean you are not getting a picture when you select the HDMI it is on ? 

(I assume it is your main box)
