I have a problem with my sky q box

We got a new TV and the connection from the satellite/arial cable seems to be faulty. The sound keeps dissappearing and there is crackleing the rest of the time - the connector does not seem to be going in properly - the cable may have been cut too short on the original installation perhaps- we mentioned it at the time of the installation but nothing was done.

Also we could do with a new controller as the battery cover on the old one keeps falling off. I have tried every other way to get in touch and was refered back to the website which does not allow me to find the book an engineer function on the pre recorded message. This service is appaling given what we pay for it - I have spend an hour now trying to log a call

The cable from your satellite dish connects to your Sky Q box, not your TV. Was it disturbed for some reason when you changed the TV?
