I have a problem with my multiroom. The problem is with apps and the red button

I cannot get apps or use the red button in the room with the minibox

Hi @C+D+Gordon,

 

Try this, 

 

Home > Settings > Status > Connection to Sky Q box > Rectivate > Confirm.
The box will reboot, Connect it back to the main q box via the wps button (the box guides you how to do this). See if that resolves it.

 

If not try the refresh apps method via the hidden menu.

 

Here's a revised version:

To refresh the apps in the Hidden menu, follow these steps:

1. Press the Home button and navigate down to Settings without selecting it.
2. While Settings is highlighted, press 0 0 1 Select.
3. Choose Apps.
4. Highlight "Refresh all Apps on this box."
5. You'll see a message confirming that your apps are being refreshed, which will remain on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
6. It's recommended to wait at least 5 minutes before doing so.
7. Note that the refresh process can take up to 24 hours to complete.
