I have a new mini box in a bedroom, unable to connect it to my account

My lodger recently purchased a mini box in her bedroom which cost £22. It needs to be linked to my account. Went online but I'm unable to undertake this. It days I need to contact sky. Please help

@Sharon20106- where did your lodger get the mini box from as you can only get them from Sky on loan any that are advertised from anywhere else are stolen property and won't work. 

If you get/got the mini box from Sky you also need to have a multiscreen subscription which allows the connection of up to 4 mini boxes
