I have a new Sky Q box however the Sky Card has not arrived throigh the post. It has been a week now. How do I order a new one? Thankyou

Was this a replacement main Sky Q box? If so you were meant to take the viewing card out of the faulty box before the courier took it away. In these circumstances you will need to contact Sky to order a replacement card which will be posted to you. 

This isn't something the Community Messaging Team can help with so you'll need to call Sky. Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
