I have a new Broadband router and have successfully connected our main SkyQ box but not the 2 minis

After a new broadband router fitting I have connected my main Sky Q box to the internet but I can't connect the two mini boxes despite having gone through the recommended steps ( I can't get beyond Step 2 despite rebooting etc)

Hi @Pedestrian 

What recommended steps did you try on the minis?

Managed to speak to Sky engineer who thankfully knew exactly what to do. 
It took about an hour so wasn't easy.
