I have a message on tv screen saying i have technical issuse with my dish

For the past 4/5days i have not had a proper picture on any channels , there is a message banner saying there are technical issuses with my dish

@oldfella  ive tried everything i have even tried to phone SKY and the message says that THEY are also having technical issues.

The message reads: This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. For help press ? . Great entertainment is still available via your tRecordings, On Demand and Apps

@Qs  You need an engineer out to look at the dish, you should be able to book one by calling back.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Qs 
If this is on all channels then it's best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish alignment and LNB.

 

Work through the following link and you should be able to book an Engineer Online
