I have a subscription to TNT Sports and HD pack and watch through Sky Q. It Has been working fine until this evening.
I can watch all TNT Sports channels live however when trying to watch a recording I get a message saying I need to upgrade my subscription.
My contract is only four months in to a 24 month term.
What is the fix?

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky (and pay Sky for your Subscription) then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also subscribing through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included and Discovery plus is upgraded to premium.
If you pay BT directly for TNT Sports on Sky then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

Im not watching through minis. I have one box feeding one tv. No multiroom.

I did read the post however the subscription has been working since I took out the contract. I'm at a loss why suddenly it would stop overnight with absolutely no indication as to why?
Additionally, I can still watch the live TNT sports channels, just not recordings on the single Sky Q box which was working fine last night when watching the same recording.

Tried that, got passed on to the relevant department who hung up on me after waiting in line for ten mins.

Yes, tried reboot but issue remains. Thing is, I watched the same recording last night but today it's asking me to upgrade.
Surely this is a fault?

To add to this, I can watch downloads / recordings in SD but not HD. This is the same with the channels, I cannot watch HD just SD.
I pay for the HD extra pack direct BT so I cannot understand why it would suddenly stop over night when the contract has another 20 months to run.

Just checked the confirmation email, 24 month contract (HD pack rolliing month contract) taken out in Feb this year.

If you are paying BT for the extra Monthly HD add on then it looks like it is BT you need to contact @bilko85
