I have a Sky Q Box And UHD Tv try setting it to UHD message comes up error UHD 031

I have a Sky Q Box my TV is a Panosonic

UHD I've gone in to the picture Resalution to. Change the the setting it says find it for me the screen goes blank 

the says Error UHD 031 help?

@peregalli47 make sure the tv's hdmi the SkyQ is connected to is set to recieve HDR:

1. Press [AV] button to select HDMI input.
2. Press [Menu] button to display Main Menu.
3. Select "Setup" in Main Menu.
4. Select "HDMI HDR Setting" and press [OK]
5. Select the HDMI input connected the HDR equipment and press [OK]
