I have BBCRed button but it says that this channel is currently affected by a problem with my satell

On screen message says the BBC Red button channel is currently affected by a problem with my satellite signal

Hi @bnc42  What happens if you go to channel 970. I use this quite often to series link sports (currently the European Athletics Championships).
