I had sky q box fitted today. I am trying to download a programme and I am getting a message at the top of the screen saying I need to
Upgrade to watch.
I can see there are different formats. If I opted for standard definition and I get another message saying there is a technical issue and to try again later

@JANNIEJB try rebooting your router when that is up and running rebootyour main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then try downloading in SD
The default download setting is HD so try changing the format to download in SD
you can change the default to SD by Pressing Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
