Discussion topic: I had sky cancel my connection appointment at the very last minute when waiting until 5pm.

I had sky cancel my connection appointment at the very last minute when waiting until 5pm.

Sky gave me a time slot of between 12pm and 5pm and then called at 4.55pm to rearrange my installation. How can I contact them to make sure they don't cancel on me again?

Unfortunately if the engineer has been held up on earlier appointments these things happen and attendance can't be guaranteed.

I have been advised that I have been put on priority for the next Install.

 

Does that mean anything?

I've not personally heard of that but I suppose unless you're the first job of the day there's always the possibility of a delay.
