I had a new sky q box installed this morning. I can't turn the box on

Hi @LIN611 

Try the Standby button on the remote.

Failing this 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Hi @LIN611   The chances are the remote is not paired with the box. I would reset the remote to new, so it should control any box. Hold down 7 & 9 until you see 4 flashes. Then point it directly at the box with nothing in between.
