I had a free 3 month subscription to hay which I haven’t been able to use due to technical difficul.

I had a 3 month free  trial of hi hayu which i couldn't use due to technical difficulties i want to cancel but can't and they have already taken the money out

Thanks but I have tried that and there is no cancellation button.

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.
