Hi there, I'm experiencing the same issue with my Sky Q box and Netflix regarding apprent internet issues despite having perfectly fine internet. I thought this was just isolated on my Sky box but it's also happening on my iPad too. Very strange. I have switched off my Sky Q box on the mains, reset my modem, reset all the apps - including Netflix - on my box, logged in and out of Netflix multiple times and updated my Sky Q box unable to find any resolution as the exact error code isn't stated on the help.netflix.com page. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to be on Netflix end. I have tried three different TV's some Roku some Fire TV. All the same error. Works on my phone and computer through web browser. I don't have a SkyTV

I don't think it's sky, because I have the same issue with netflix and have no Sky. Something's up with Netflix, i hope they fix it fast.

Same here on sky glass just now. Speed and internet is fine.tried turning off tv and resetting but to no avail. Seems like it's a Netflix thing as it's also not working on my phone!

Same here at the same time as everyone else, did everything suggested and nothings worked, still works on my phone too, northwest England
