Same exact thing. 10 min ago I searched for the error code on the app and it didn't show up anywhere. I just searched again and now it's here so must be new. I'm on Amazon Fire TV

I am having the same issue in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Netflix web site says there are no current problems when people all over the world can't stream. Also can't stream on my iPhone.
Comcast is my provider.

Same here in Scotland - I don't think it's Sky issue as I've one other TV on Sky and another which is just on Netflix on a Chromecast and all give the same error message

So auch in der Schweiz gleiches Problem. Alle üblichen Methoden der Fehlerbehebung funktionieren nicht. Ziemlich sicher ein Problem auf Backend-Seite. Mal hoffen, dasd es bis morgen wieder läuft. Komischerweise zeigt es seitens Netflix an, als wäre slles ok. Server 1+2 sind online. Per Web funktioniert es auf dem Handy. Smart TV kann aber nicht verbinden, obwohl eine sehr gute Verbindung vorliegt.

We don't have any sky box and got the same issue : we have 3 smart TV Netflix not working on any of them . But all other tv apps are like bbc . ITV x etc... think this either internet issue keeps dropping blocking the streaming as my PC keeps dropping connection too, or it's nextflix that's not working or both .

I was watching Netflix at 7pm. We went out came back 3 hours later and the error code: tvq-pb-101 (1.9.0) came up claiming our internet was to blame. Netflix is working on my phone. Tablets are working. Absolutely nothing to do with internet. My smart TV won't play Netflix same error code. It's definitely their side of things and trying to pass blame as per usual on other things. I did reset the Sky box and our TV to no results. Some acknowledgement it's on their side would be appreciated instead of passing blame.
