I dont want to renew my contract on 7th may 2024 as i can get a better deal with sky as a new custom

My account is set up in my ex's name and I don't want it renewing on 7th May 2024 as it will go up in price and I want it in my name. I am happy to set up a new deal with sky as a new customer (as directed by a sky salesperson on the high street who said I can get my current package for £39. I am currently paying £53 and this is set to rise on 7th May

You'll need to cancel the account in your ex's name then.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@JohnS2

Your ex will have to cancel their subscription then. You can't do it. They will have to return any loaned equipment to Sky and then you'll be able to order in your name whereby new equipment will be delivered.
