I don't want to talk to other customers with issues I want to talk to sky!

My sky mini box isn't working. I don't want to read about other faults other customers are having, I want to talk to sky to fix tje problem. I pay enough for the service, why is there no customer service?

@Mel25 as @Mark182004 says this is a customer helps customer forum

not knowing what you have tried then the most common thing to try is 

 

rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

when that is up and running

reboot your mini box


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

If you definitely need to contact Sky, (and as long as your services aren’t restricted) then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.

Note: We were informed on the run up to Christmas the lines were busier than usual and that’s likely to be worse over the holiday period.

The phone line will try to suggest you come here but it will also let you queue to speak to someone.
