Hi when my sky dish was installed was directed right at my neighbours roof I raised this point with engineer he assured me with booster would work OK as I use apps it doesn't work at all paramount discovery any Internet access is so poor due to your lack of correct installation I wish to cancel all my service with you an transfer with virgin many thanks e Smith

It doesn't use the dish for internet access. If live TV is working, the dish is fine. They don't actually "point" quite at the angle they look like they are, they collect the satellite signal at a bit of an offset angle and reflect it onto the little box on the end of the prong.

Where was the booster installed? And do you have Sky broadband?
