I don’t have a viewing card but message tells me it’s not working

Message on TV states that my viewing card is not working - I don’t have one! I have Sky Q - this happens once or twice a week and I have to switch off at wall then reboot time and time again! Getting sick of it now and can’t get any help !

Main Q boxes use a viewing card in a slot on the right hand side.

Q Mini boxes do not use a card and have no slot.

 

Sky Q has zero non-subscription use, so retaining a valid card in the main box is a requirement.
