I currently have a full sky Q package, so sky sport and cinema etc. since the paramount app came ou

I currently have the full sky Q package including cinema. Since last year when the paramount app came out I have not been able to access it. An error message comes up saying MYSKY_2008 I have had the sky engineers out and they even changed my main Sky Q box and I still can't access it, the same error message comes up. I can get onto all the other apps except lions gate+ which is giving me the same error message. I've tried refreshing apps etc and honestly I don't know what else to do. We have one main sky Q box and 3 mini boxes I've tried on every single one and it's the same error message on them all.
