I changed my broadband several weeks ago. I have 3 TVs in the house 2 out of 3 work

I have 3 tvs in the house, 2 are working fine but one keeps saying no satellite signal and no matter what I do we cannot get it working.

Assume this is one main Q box and two Q mini boxes @BaileyHoney84 

If so which box is the problem?
