@AngelaRose6 More info is needed for the forum to help.
Have you plugged the Sky Q box into aHDMI socket on the TV? Are you selecting the cirrect HDMI input on the TV's remote?
Was you box left in UHD mode when you swapped TVs? If so using the Sky remote buttons try Home1080Home
