I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon on tv anymore. I cannot connect the electronics lice cleaning robi

Yesterday I tried to connect a printer to the internet. I went into the router and I believe I changed something and now all my electronics are disconnected apart from my laptop. Please help

This is not a Sky Q issue, but can you tell us who your broadband provider is?

I am just another Sky customer!
