Why not call them and ask? You won't get one here...
Perhaps you can contact Ch5 too?

I prefer the comment which said "you can get this free programme (my5) by paying Sky extra money for it via Sky glass"
Which programme are you looking for? No one ever gives examples of which programmes are missing on Sky Q compared to the full app. I've just looked at the current featured programmes on My5 such as Blindspot, Blue Bloods, The Following, Nashville and all are available, in full, within the C5 catch-up section on Sky Q. The expiry dates are the same on both platforms.

I surrender! I looked on the app for previous episodes of "The Madame Blanc mysteries", and they aren't there either!
Maybe UKDrama or similar will pick them up sometime.

Anyone know Sky's official response?
Developing , testing and maintaining an app for an extra variant of hardware is always additional cost. For channel 5. That's the most likely reason it isn't available on Q. Especially given it already has the catchup library so as far as they're concerned, much of the content (and ads) is getting to eyeballs anyway so why waste resources.
