I cannot find my sky router for return a yea here. Can I have an extension of time?

In case you’re not aware, this is a forum where customers help other customers with Sky related issues. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
Sky won't extend the return period so you're likely to be charged non return charges. As and when you find the equipment and send it back keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely. You will then be reimbursed once Sky receive their goods.
